RED MUSTARD
A standard selection, RED MUSTARD is a very fast growing oriental mustard which produces variegated leaves of red and green colour making it an attractive addition to babyleaf salad mixes.
The red colour will dominate under cooler conditions and the green colour becomes more dominant under heat. Due to the fast maturity, RED MUSTARD has limited field hold and a mildly pungent flavour.
