ASPEN
ASPEN is a green shiso for herb and microgreen production.
ASPEN produces bright green leaves that are smooth, flat, wide and have a central, prominent vein that branches into a few small veins across the surface.
When grown as a micro, APSEN is highly aromatic, tender, and offers a slightly earthy flavour.

Agronomic considerations
To maintain germination shiso needs to be stored at a cooler temperature than standard seed varieties. We recommend storing as close to 0 degrees Celsius.
Please note this variety requires light to germinate.
