MINTO

MINTO is a green-stemmed pak choi variety which produces leaves of very uniform size and shape which are ideal as a cut leaf product for inclusion in babyleaf salad mixes.

MINTO has good shelf life due to the thick, crisp leaves and has an erect plant habit when grown at high densities. MINTO can be grown year round and bolting is not an issue when leaves are harvested at the babyleaf stage.
