CRISTOBAL

CRISTOBAL is a medium-sized, crispy cos suitable for both whole head harvest (either as single heads or for use as sleeved twin packs) or for processing. A larger version of Durango, CRISTOBAL is suitable for year round production of a slightly taller, crispy cos type. The medium vigour of CRISTOBAL ensures it maintains it sweet taste even in the fast growing periods but allows for enough growth in the cold.

CRISTOBAL shows excellent tolerance to both tipburn and bolting even under extreme conditions.
