XENA
XENA is a serrated mizuna leaf that is mid-dark green in colour.
XENA differs from standard mizuna in that it has a thicker leaf due to slightly slower growth, making it an ideal warm season variety.
Although particularly suited to warm season XENA can be grown year-round and provides better shelf life than many standard mizuna lines.
XENA adds texture to salad mixes and the leaf shape gives good bulk to pillow packs.
XENA has a mild brassica flavour and is not overpowering.
