FREDDA

FREDDA is a high quality basil for both pot and cut production.

FREDDA produces smaller, flatter leaves than the traditional Genovese varieties but still remains an extremely high yielding variety.

This variety produces a high number of very uniform leaves which are pleasantly aromatic and lack the bitter aniseed flavour.

FREDDA can be grown year round but is slightly faster to mature than our summer variety Caldo making it a good option for winter production under cooler conditions and lower light levels.
