AVEA is a feather pea specifically bred for sprouting and microgreen production. AVEA is a semi-leafless pea which produces a high number of tendrils ideal to add to salad mixes or as a garnish. The architecture of this pea shoot combines with a mild pea flavour which is favoured by chefs around the country.
