SPAGHETTI ALICANTE

« Back

An early maturing hybrid spaghetti squash, ALICANTE matures in around 90 days from direct sowing, about 10 days quicker than Dante. A productive variety, ALICANTE produces high yields of oval shaped fruit with an average fruit weight of about 1.2kg. Fruits are visually appealing at maturity with good depth of yellow colour. A recently popular vegetable, the creamy flesh is stringy, “spaghetti” like and of interest to consumers who follow a gluten free or low carb diet.
