GERMAN WINTER is a green thyme suitable for year round production in sheltered situations and hydroponics. Regular harvest of the young leaves and shoots prior to flowering allows for continual growth. Leaves can be used fresh, processed or dried. GERMAN WINTER has more narrow leaves than ‘English’ type thyme varieties on the market.
