With a mild garlic flavour, KOBOLD is a Chinese chive variety that has a similar growth cycle to that of standard chives. A biennial, KOBOLD is generally sown in the Spring and Summer and will grow to a height of 30cm. Used typically as a fresh cut product both the leaves and the flowers can be used for culinary purposes similar to chives.
