For the Autumn harvest period, YUNIS has performed well producing a high leaf count ensuring the curds are extremely well wrapped and protected from the elements.  A key feature of YUNIS is the high cut-out rate of very heavy and uniform white curds.  Producing a vigorous yet compact frame, YUNIS is well adapted to higher plant densities.  Maturing in approximately 13 weeks from planting, YUNIS is suitable for harvesting from April through to early June.
