Exceptional fruit quality is a key feature of VIPER with a high proportion of the crop classified as tag one fruit. High production levels are obtained due to the excellent setting ability which gives a regular production pattern.

VIPER is early into production with rapid maturation from partially ripe to full red and is strong against micro-cracking, shoulder cracking and blossom end rot. An attractive fruit shape and larger fruit size.
