An Oriental mustard, CHOY SUM (Cantonese), also known as Choi Sum (Chinese), literally means 'vegetable heart'. A standard selection, CHOY SUM produces tender stems and leaves of bright green colour. Usually sold bunched, CHOY SUM is able to be harvested with or without the yellow flower stems that it produces. CHOY SUM can be grown all year round and one plant produces many harvestable stems.
