GreenTech, the exhibition which brings horticultural products and solutions to the growing community, has just concluded in Amsterdam.

The exhibition is held every two years and was held over three days; 12, 13, 14th June. This year there were 415 exhibitors from 30 countries. Over the three days there was a total attendance of just under 10,000 professionals from 113 countries with 52% of these coming from outside the Netherlands. The largest growth came from USA and Asia.

The layout of displays and stands within the various pavilions allowed visitors to easily locate the products they were looking for. Of particular interest was the ‘Breeders’ Pavilion.

Innovations are the main reason for visitors to attend.

There was an innovations route with 73 new innovation products all competing for the GreenTech ‘overall winner of Innovation’ award. This was won by Priva with their Deleafing Robot.

Planning is now well underway for 2018, with 56% of this year’s exhibition now signed up for 2018. The organisers have added a fourth hall to the floor plan to allow for expansion.

The exhibition will be held 12, 13, 14th June 2018 in Amsterdam and will commence one day prior with the GreenTech Summit on 11th June. For further information visit:
